St. George Trip

Our family vacation this year was in St. George. We had a blast! We spent our first day at Sand Hollow. This place is so stinkin fun. It is sort of like Powell. It's like the red rocks you love to take your kids hiking on - topped with water. You can swim out to the middle of the lake, and suddenly have a rock underneath you that you can climb up on and jump off into the water. We had a blast here.

We went hiking several times. Some over to Red Cliffs (totally awesome) and some to Snow Canyon (even better). The kids thought they were pretty special being able to climb those big old rocks, finding "the cave of wonders" in several different spots, and chasing lizards.

St. George has the neatest little water park in the middle of town. It has a little river the kids can run through and of course rocks to climb on and fountains to run through. We bought boats and the kids had races down the river.

Happy Bday daddy!!! We celebrated Adam's bday in St. George with his mommy. She did a great job at making it special for him.

Love Sand Hollow, looks like you guys had a blast! The cooler weather we've been having was probably really nice in St. George, not quite scorching hot yet! :)

Lots of fun! One day, in the long time future, when we have a boat, we will all go to Lake Powell. Looks like you had a great time!
