A Time to Be Thankful!!

This year Thanksgiving was in Idaho at my moms. We had a super long weekend and had a blast. Lots and lots of eating, lasertagging, movies, and trying to pacify a sick baby. Good times:)

Highlights included: homeade coconut cream pie, homeade elf shoes, family, tablescapes, doing better than my kids in lasertagging, bowling, Coldstone, gratitude, too much food, and no snow.

What goes on in November??

Ambra has her I Search Project due. She did Our Solar System and did it ALL herself, she researched it, read the material, took notes, typed it, paper mached it, painted, and designed. Sweet job Ambra!

Cole was dying to do one too, but when it came time to sit and research and write a bunch, he decided he would rather play. Fine by me, less stress on my plate :)

This little cutie had her Thanksgiving Preschool Feast.

Ambra performed "As Morning Dawns" in her piano recital.


Cole has been losing teeth. Blood and gore here :)
...and this little darling enjoyed brisk strolls with his mama.

We made Thanksgiving gingerbreads.
Did my first year of Thanksgiving decorations. I couldn't pass up this cute gobble.
Received our first snow.
... and did a lot of reading.

One of Adam's coworkers does a haunted maze every year. It is free to the public and super fun. The children enjoyed it (well Cole enjoyed it, the girls endured it...once).

We've got two little red riding hoods, harry potter and a frog. Little cuties.

Poor guy looks totally ridiculous. Love him.


The loot was incredible this year. Had a blast.
