Isn't she cute!! She wants so bad to play with the big kids. She loves to do everything they do and gets pretty upset when she can't do it all. If she'd learn how to walk already, she'd be one step closer. Emily and Kamie, my college roomates got together for an egg hunt with our kids. It is fun to be able to see them. We try to get together every month or so. We met at Murray Park and had lunch, then got ready for our hunt. The kids loved it. We had three little hunters this year. Next year, the babies can join us.
Mariko, Kaia (Kami'es kids), Ambra, Blake (Emily's), Ariah and Cole
THe kids had all found all the eggs and were playing together. THey decided to go look one more time and on the way out Cole found one more egg. He was pretty excited. When he opened it up Ambra said - mom! Cole got a dollar money! I didn't bring any money eggs so I asked Kamie if she did. She didn't either so we concluded that some other hunters forgot one. We were thinking he was pretty lucky and Ambra wanted me to come see the money. Low and behold there was a ten dollar bill in that egg! WOW, what a lucky little guy.

Mom's In The Park Easter Hunt
Since I am enrichment leader, I get to organize a bunch of activities with the the people in our ward. We have a "mom's in the park" every other Wednesday. The Wednesday before Easter we had an egg hunt. We had about 15 kids, but only four were nice enough to stop the egg hunting and pose for a picture. Easter is such a fun holiday. I miss being the egg hunter. I made my kids hide eggs for me this year after the Easter bunny came. The joys of being a kid again!

What a bunch of weirdos!
My kids dress up constantly. They get dressed for the day in the morning, but then are in their underwear the rest of the day because they are changing from costume to costume. They are always out of clothing to wear because it is in the toy room mixed in with all the dress ups. Whenever I am lucky enough to help clean the toyroom, I'm always like, "Here's where that shirt went" or "no wonder we can't find all five pairs of pants. They're right here." This day they had on layers. What a bunch of hobos. So goofy!

Princess Wishes
Since we have a million dress ups, Ambra had her pick of princesses. She chose snow white, and what a beautiful one she is.
Of course mister polie is her prince. I told Cole we were all going on a date and that they were going to dress up. He really and truly thought we were going dancing. He was quite disapointed when I explained the ice prince and princesses were going to be the ones dancing.
It was sprinkling here and there and my kids LOVE to use their umbrellas. I thought this was a cute little picture with princesses and umbrellas in the SUN! It wasn't raining anymore.
We went to dinner beforehand and took the train over to the arena. Taking the train was almost as exciting as the princess show. My kids haven't been on Trax before. (Deprived I know). THey were so cute peering out the window at all the lights going by.
We had so much fun! The show was darling! How exciting and wonderful to be a girl and get to go to a princess show. Cole LOVES music and I couldn't not take him. Lyla and George Thomas, Adam's high school friends' parents took us to this. It was so fun to see Dave and Melinda and all thier kids. Ambra made fast friends with thier little 5 year old. It was a really fun night. THank you Lyla and George for treating us to this fun night.

Busy Bee Party!
Isn't this cute! After we thought of this little party, I remembered my mom just happened to have all this stuff! Who has bee place settings? My mom. You name it she has it. I am just lucky enough to be her daughter and able to use it.
Isn't that the cutest cake!
My brother and his new GF.
We got Ariah this little rider. It was a hit. She would not get off it nor share this anyone. If you so much as even tried to show her a new feature, she would tense up, scream at you, and use all her strength to pull the toy back into her grasps. Believe me she is very very strong and very very successful at this.

Family Party!
Ariah had just woken from her nap and didn't really want to be wearing a bee costume that mom insisted she wear.
We are so glad Alex and Jill moved back to Utah. We sure missed them. This is thier 4 month old Joshua. The boys. Adam, Ethan and Alex... and of course Colie.
